1. General Information By participating in the GOOH Consulting survey ("Survey"), you agree to these terms and conditions. This Survey is conducted by GOOH Consulting LLC ("Company") and is intended for distributors only.

2. Data Collection and Use Participants agree that the Company may collect, store, and use the information provided through this Survey for marketing purposes related to the Company’s services. The information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Participation and Eligibility Participation in the Survey is open to distributors of medical devices in Latin America. Each distributor is limited to one entry. Multiple entries by the same distributor will result in disqualification.

4. Raffle Details All participants will be entered into a raffle to win a professional headshot sessions for their team. Each prize consists of three professional headshots. Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries on a monthly basis.

​5. Winner Notification and Prize Claim Winners will be notified via email or phone within 10 business days after the Survey ends. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Consent and Agreement By submitting the Survey, participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described above and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
